My name is Emilia Wharfe, I am an illustrator, animator and designer creating curious visual worlds for meaningful ideas. Currently based in the beautiful seaside town Falmouth, Cornwall with many commutes to London.
I hold an MA in Authorial Practice, where I explored how visual metaphors, objects and colour can be used to communicate stories and emotions.
My work is rooted in observation, reflection and the small details that shape how we understand the world. I translate these ideas into illustrations, animations, publications and visual identities that that invite audiences to pause, wonder and connect.
